The free concert in S.T. Morrison Park begins at 6 pm with a local opening act and The Guess Who at 8 pm on July 3.
The Fox brings you a Foreigner and Night Ranger @ Iowa State Fair
FORIGNER REPLACES CINDERELLA IN STATE FAIR LINE-UP
Celebrating their 30th anniversary as a band, Foreigner is back, more powerful and explosive than ever, and live at the Iowa State Fair Grandstand on Sunday, August 10. Foreigner replaces former headliner Cinderella who has been forced to cancel its summer tour due to its lead singer’s throat injury. Previously announced special guest Night Ranger will open the 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $25 and go on sale July 12.
All Cinderella/Warrant/Night Ranger ticket holders will receive a refund. Those who purchased their tickets through ticktemaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone will receive an automatic refund. All other ticket holders must return to their original point-of-purchase to receive a refund. All tickets will be disabled.
Tickets for the Foreigner/Night Ranger concert will go on sale Saturday, July 12 at 9 a.m. through all Ticketmaster outlets. All tickets are reserved seating. Beginning July 7, the Fair’s Ticket Office will be open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays - Fridays and 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays for walk-up orders only (no mail, phone or fax orders). Convenience charges will apply to all tickets. Grandstand tickets do not include admission to the Fair.
